Planes de domingo lluvioso / Rainy Sunday plans

Yo no sé cómo no han empezado ya...

Tras un mes de altas temperaturas y de cielos despejados casi se le olvida a uno que vive en el Reino Unido. Pero hoy la BBC nos lo ha recordado, este domingo llueve! Es más, han advertido incluso que el verano puede estar llegando a su fin.
Yo tenía pensado irme de picnic este domingo, pero visto lo visto, he empezado a buscar un plan B. He aquí una lista de las cosas que se me han ocurrido.
1. Ir a ver a Marina Abramovic a las Serpentine Galleries. Estará solo hasta el 25 de agosto.
2. Echarse unas cervezas en el open day de Clarkshaws Brewery.
3. Ver Encuentros en la Tercera Fase en el Prince Charles Cinema.
4. Hacer un brunch en alguno de los cafés del Brixton Market (y de paso comprar pescado fresco)
5. Unas copas y blues gratis en directo en el Ain't Nothing But.
Y seguro que hay muchos más, así que si se os ocurre algo, os animo a compartirlo.
Con todos estos planes, quién necesita sol?

 After a month of of high temperatures and sunny spells, one almost forgets is living in the UK. But BBC Weather reminded us today. It rains on Sunday! In fact, they have warned summer may be coming to an end.
I was planning to have a picnic on Sunday, but given the weather forecast, I started looking for a plan B. Here is a list of the things I came up with:
1. Go and see Marina Abramovic at the Serpentine Galleries. She will be performing until August 25th.
2. Have some beer at the Clarkshaws Brewery Open Day.
3. Watch Close Encounters of the Third Kind at the Prince Charles Cinema.
4. Brunch at one of the cafes in Brixton Market (and buy fresh fish BTW)
5. Drinks and free live Blues at the Ain't Nothing But.
There are much more, for sure, so if you have thought of something in particular, please share!
With all these plans, who needs sunlight?
